1. Order

1.1 Was my order shipped when I received my payment confirmation email?

When you made the payment, we will send you the order confirmation and the payment confirmation from PayPal. After receiving your order, we need 2-7 business days to prepare and print your order. When the package ships out, you will receive the tracking via email.

1.2 How do I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the queue for production. If you request cancellation within 2 hours, we will cancel your order for free. If you change order information(such as size, image, design, pattern) or cancel your order after 2 hours, and it is in production, we will charge a 20% fee for canceling or changing. Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and made just for you, please double check your order info before order. If you have any questions, please send us an email (support@hobbyxstyle.com)

1.3 How do I pay?

Hobbyxstyle accepts Paypal as payment options.
• PayPal is the world’s trusted way to pay and get paid online. We accept Paypal payments, Visa, MasterCard via Paypal payment system.
• You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server and purchase directly on www.hobbyxstyle.com.

1.4 What should I do if I realize that I put an incorrect/incomplete address?

– We only change the shipping address before sending the parcel out.

1.5 What should I do if I received wrong/missing/faulty items?

If the product arrives defective, wrong, or missing we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email (support@hobbyxstyle.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.
Please note that whatever size, color, and style If the incorrect size, color or size sent out to you, Hobbyxstyle is not responsible for replacing these items.

1.6 How do I track my order?

You can check the shipping status of your order by clicking on Track Your Order. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped out. Please check it frequently to avoid any problems occurring during transit to you.

 2.1 I can’t not find product I need

You can use the search tool at the menu bar, type the keyword of the product. Or contact our Customer Service Team via email support@hobbyxstyle.com for references.

3.1 Was my order shipped when I received my payment confirmation email?

3.2 Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we don’t offer expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.

3.3 Why I have not received my order while I got delivery notification?

– When the tracking site marked that your package was delivered but you have not received it yet. Please re-check your provided address/ mailbox or contact the local post office first to get the item.

– If you have not found the item after re-checking it all, please contact our Customer Support Team via email support@hobbyxstyle.com to get best guidances.

3.4 How do I track my order?

You can check the shipping status of your order by clicking on Track Your Order. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped out. Please check it frequently to avoid any problems occurring during transit to you.

3.5 Why does my tracking say “Not Found”?

Normally, you can expect a shipping update on your order after 1-2 business days on the shipping website. You can see real-time updates by clicking on Track Your Order.

If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at support@hobbyxstyle.com and we’ll investigate and notify you of the latest information.

3.6 When will my order be shipped out/ I receive my tracking number?

Please refer to the shipping policy in order to get our production timeframe. Your order will be shipped out right after production.

• After your order has been prepared for the shipping process, you will receive a notification of shipment which is included the tracking number.

3.7 What is the status of my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation after placing the order and a notification when the order’s ready to be shipped out. Please contact our Customer Support Team via email support@hobbyxstyle.com to ask about your order status if you didn’t receive the confirmation from us.

3.8 How can I change my shipping address?

3.9 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $75. But you have to input this coupon to enable the free shipping method. Code: FREESHIP75

3.10 How long will it take for my package to be delivered once shipped?

Your item(s) is what matters when it comes to how long the shipping will take. We will ships out the product from our suppliers in many countries, please refer to the link attached for more detailed information.

3.11 Do you ship to my country?
